OUR OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING TARIFFS
A POSITIVE OUTLOOK IN A TUMULTUOUS ENVIRONMENT

TARIFF UPDATE
With unprecedented times regarding tariffs, many companies are dealing with unforeseen and sudden disruptions as a direct result of tariffs affecting supply chains and industry-wide logistics systems. Currently, DHL has officially suspended many shipments to the US in accordance with changes in their customs process. Regardless of where the product is coming from, we are not exempt from this event.

In the past month, we expedited select styles that has now been held in customs without explanation for nearly 3 weeks, which is affecting a small percentage of pending orders. We are working diligently to clear them and were advised they should be delivered this week or the next for fulfillment. Rest assured, we will process them as soon as possible.

SOLUTION - OUR RESPONSE
While we still have a number incoming shipments that may experience the same issue, we are confident they will not have any further delay past April. As we learn how to pivot around our own company's constant import cycle, we plan to significantly increase our capital investment in air freight shipments (costlier vs Sea) to get ahead of the logistics timeline and ensure we are able to supply sufficiently to all customers (right now, not later). Regardless of the marginal cost to us, our promise is to never pass additional mark-ups in our pricing structure stemming from tariffs or expenses associated with the increase of importing issues. 

Our immediate goal is to bear the burden internally so that we may continue to supply and prevent brands from feeling any logistics and economic pressure from the tariff situation. Simply put - We will make it our problem. Not Yours.

Lastly, by working ahead, we are actually pleased to announce that we are securing 90% of our primary inventory within the following week, so we would like to reassure customers that inventory is clear-bound and delivery delays are temporary & minimal moving forward.

Any further changes in this situation will be communicated as we plan to be as transparent as possible to handle matters responsibly and effectively.

If you have a pending order that is affected by this, you should receive a tracking number and/or if you are experiencing a tracking number with no updates, it should be updated very soon once the pending item(s) make it to our warehouse from the aforementioned delay.
