  • All in-stock inventory/orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business days. Preorder items are shipped according to published shipped dates, displayed on the respective product page.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSPARENCY: DUTIES & TAXES INCLUDED (as of April 2025)

Total international price include all duties & taxes based on the country. Conveniently, there are no extra charges upon delivery to streamline and enhance the customer's purchasing experience. Some countries are exempt from our DDP shipping and may incur customs duties & taxes upon delivery.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • We take pride in our optimized fulfillment process and take steps to ensure all orders are handled with integrity and accuracy.
  • For the protection of the customer, all orders are verified by photo/video pre-packaging evidence + a shipment record of the verified package weight on a scale before being sent out to the carrier. This ensures that packages are packed sufficiently to help protect your shipment and prevent any potential disputes or theft. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All orders are shipped by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL at our discretion.
  • All in-stock items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • High-demand items may take an additional 3-7 business days due to volume. A disclaimer on the product page will be presented for any high-demand releases.
  • Pre-orders will ship within the shipping window published on the product page. Dates are subject to change without notice. However, we will always do our best to deliver goods ahead of schedule. We will always make an effort to update the customer regarding any unforeseen delays.

GENERAL ORDER TERMS

  • Returns & Exchanges on non-final sale items are accepted within 10 days of delivery based on the tracking number. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original conditions. Refunds or store credit are provided upon successful returns.
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • Any forced returns will only be issued a store credit. Forced returns are, but not limited to, returns without valid authorization, unclaimed returned packages due to incorrect addresses, and any returns based on compromise due to an unresolved dispute. 
  • All refund returns over 6 pieces/items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless customer opts in for store credit.
  • Customer is responsible for round-trip return and exchange shipping. All returns require pre-authorization with an RA#.
  • Tracking numbers are required for all returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged items must be reported same day of receipt and proof must be provided using photo references. We will cross-check the products with our pre-inspection to validate all claims.
  • Preorders may be canceled anytime before delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Updated: April 2nd, 2025)

  • Rue Porter offers discounted international DUTY PAID shipping rates.
  • Shipping methods include DDP: Delivered Duties Paid
    • The shipping methods are: UPS Worldwide Expedited & DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct
  • Transit times are typically between 5-25 days depending on the shipping method.
  • For checkout transparency, all prices include duties along with any applicable taxes depending on the country and no extra charges will be due upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for any costs associated with any returns or exchanges.
  • Defective product exchanges, returns, and/or refunds are handled on a case by case basis depending on the overall situation at Rue Porter's discretion with a goal to meet customer satisfaction.
